Background: A zygomatic fracture is a type of face resulting from break in the bone. It frequently result facial injuries caused by automobile accidents, physical assault, falls, etc, often associated with pre and post-operative ocular complications. Objectives: Therefore, this research was conducted to determine frequency diplopia fractures. Methods: The study executed June 2020 November 2022 on 241 patients admitted MMMT Hospital, Dera Ismail Khan data pertaining due fractures recorded at initial final visits patients. preoperative postoperative adverse effects were critically examined. Results: group determined be 38.58 percent, 93 individuals affected. also seen that 52 out 132 affected road followed 16 assaults, 9 fall injury, workplace, 7 injured while playing sports, respective frequencies being 39.39, 35.55, 42.85, 25.92%. Conclusion: concluded continued one most prevalent maxillofacial commonly accidents. highest occurrence observed young male linked problems incidence significant among (38.58%).
